E KUMUPA'A - The Indigenous Crop Biodiversity Festival comes to Maui!

With gratitude, pride, and excitement, we are pleased to announce WMMWP's participation in the ICBF!

A celebration of indigenous crops and biodiversity conservation in Maui Nui, the ICBF runs from Wednesday, August 24 to Tuesday, August 30.  There is a myriad of events, site visits, workshops, films, and talk-story sessions to enjoy across Maui and Moloka'i.  Check out the ICBF-Maui website for more details.

Note that this is a parallel event to the IUCN World Conservation Congress, a hugely monumental gathering that is definitely worth a visit as well--happening September 1 through 10 on Oahu.

Teaching Maui's youth about the importance of watersheds
